SOUNDDOGS.COM & STEVE CORN,
ROYALTY-FREE MUSIC HAS NEW BEST FRIENDS

Santa Monica, California - April 9, 2002 -- SOUNDDOGS.COM, Inc. President Rob Nokes has announced today at NAB'02 in Las Vegas that they have licensed many of the industry's best royalty-free production music libraries to online distribution deals. For NAB'02, SDC has SoperSound, The Air Time Music Library, Studio Cutz, Chestnut Mills, Valentino, and Sound Ideas online, with several more prestigious libraries to be announced after the show. Steve Corn (former EVP of LicenseMusic.Com) of Corn Music Services is consulting and representing Sounddogs.com in all music related business.

Steve Corn on working with SDC: "The longevity of Sounddogs.com in the volatile Internet industry has convinced many leading providers of library music to utilize their services. For most, an Internet solution is only as good as the customer base. No other Internet music licensing company has as large an active customer base as does sounddogs.com. This enables Sounddogs.com to develop exclusive representation deals for the sale of royalty-free music via the web."

The relationship between CMS, Inc. and Sounddogs.com began when Steven Corn, President of CMS, was Executive Vice President of the then-leading music licensing site, LicenseMusic.com. Evolving from a co-marketing relationship to one of CMS's busiest clients, the combination of skills between the two company leaders has been a natural and easy fit.

"I've enjoyed working with Rob immensely. There are very few Internet audio entrepreneurs who have the ability to conceive a simple vision; then execute it with such effectiveness and efficiency," says Steven Corn. "With the recent addition of several new libraries, Sounddogs.com offers a unique value to its clients and I am proud to play a role in its success."

Rob Nokes, President of Sounddogs.com, Inc. stated, "Our loyal customer base loves our service, and we recognized that we could apply our industry leading technology into the music business, with slight modifications to the site, end-user agreements, and performing rights and broadcast licenses."

Sounddogs.com, known for their exceptional sound effects content, looked to their past relationships to find an expert in the production music field. "There were cursory talks between LicenseMusic.com and SDC, and although the deal never came to fruition, I came away with a great deal of respect and professional admiration for Steve Corn. Earlier this year we exchanged emails, met for coffee in Sherman Oaks, and then closed a deal between us soon after." Nokes stated, "Steve is an expert in the music licensing business, he gives us instant credibility in online music, and is a great person to work with."

Since 1997, over 70 Hollywood feature films have used Sounddogs.com, eleven of which were Oscar nominated. The company expects that its high-end Hollywood customers will adopt the music libraries as readily as the adjacent sound effects library.
