Soundminer will work on any PowerPC Macintosh computer running system 9.2.2 or 10.2 and higher. Any local or Network drive containing audio files can act as a database source.

FILE SUPPORT and INGESTION - Soundminer supports SD2f, AIFF, BWAV, Mp3, and AAC (mpeg 4). As well, Soundminer will read and write to the BWAV bext chunk, acquire and mp3 ID3 tags when scanning and Import to and Export from any and all fields.

Multi-channel Rewire support - listen through your DAW's hardware with sparkling clarity, control your DAW session from within Soundminer and audition in place, synchronized to your existing session's audio and picture!
